Nondiscrimination Statement
GetPepWell, Inc. ("GetPepWell") complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics), or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
This policy applies to all programs, services, and activities provided by GetPepWell, including telehealth consultations, prescription services, patient communications, messaging, billing, and all aspects of our digital platform.
Protected Categories
In accordance with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and applicable state and local civil rights laws, GetPepWell does not discriminate on the basis of:
- Race or color: we provide equal access to all individuals regardless of race or color
- National origin: we serve individuals regardless of country of origin, ancestry, or primary language, and we provide language assistance services as described below
- Age: we do not discriminate against any person on the basis of age. Our services are clinically and legally restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older - this restriction reflects safety and regulatory requirements, not a discriminatory practice
- Disability: we provide reasonable accommodations and auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities, as described below
- Sex: including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics
Language Assistance Services
GetPepWell provides free language assistance services to individuals whose primary language is not English, to support effective communication and equal access to our healthcare services:
- Qualified interpreters: oral interpretation services can be requested at no charge for telehealth consultations and for communications with our support team. Please request interpreter services when scheduling your appointment or when contacting support.
- Written translations: translated copies of key documents - including this Notice, our Notice of Privacy Practices, the Informed Consent for Telehealth Services, and clinical communications - are available on request.

Auxiliary Aids and Services
GetPepWell provides free auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities to support effective communication and equal access to our healthcare services, including:
- Accessible electronic formats for documents and communications (large print, screen-reader-compatible formats)
- Qualified sign-language interpreters for telehealth consultations (please request at least 48 hours in advance where possible)
- Captioning or transcription support for video consultations when available
- Alternative communication formats for individuals who have difficulty with standard audio/video telehealth consultations
- An accessible website that targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance (see our Accessibility Statement)

How to File a Grievance
If you believe that GetPepWell has failed to provide the services described in this Notice, or has discriminated against you in any way, you may file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator:

You may file a grievance by email. If you need assistance preparing your grievance, the GetPepWell Civil Rights Coordinator will work with you to document your concerns. GetPepWell acknowledges grievances within 5 business days and works to investigate and respond within 30 days. You will not be retaliated against for filing a grievance.

Complaint forms are available at www.hhs.gov/civil-rights/filing-a-complaint. Complaints must generally be filed within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination.

The GetPepWell Civil Rights Coordinator is the designated employee responsible for coordinating GetPepWell's efforts to comply with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act and related civil rights laws.
