Last updated: 2026-05-21
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetPepWell platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by GetPepWell, Inc. ("GetPepWell," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, our Notice of Privacy Practices, our Informed Consent for Telehealth Services, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced above. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States and physically located in the United States during any consultation
- Be located in a state where GetPepWell's telehealth services are available at the time of your consultation (see our State Availability page for the live list)

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we determine that eligibility requirements are not met.
Account Registration and Security
When you create an account with GetPepWell, you agree to the following:
- You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
- You may not share your account with any other person or transfer your account without our prior written consent
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity
Compounded Medications and Platform Role
GetPepWell does not manufacture medications. We provide a technology platform that connects patients with U.S.-licensed physicians who determine eligibility for treatment based on patient-supplied medical history and assessment responses; providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline any compounded medication, and the eligibility assessment available on this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
Compounded medications obtained through GetPepWell are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies operating under applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations, are not interchangeable with the branded medications they may reference, and actual product appearance and labeling may differ from website images. Results vary by patient and depend on individual adherence, provider guidance, and lifestyle factors. Patient experiences referenced on this website reflect individual outcomes and do not constitute medical guarantees of similar results.
Ozempic® and Wegovy® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk. Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Telehealth Services
GetPepWell provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for telehealth consultations related to compounded peptide therapy. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Not Emergency Care
Our Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. GetPepWell is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
No Guarantees of Outcomes
While our physicians provide professional medical care, we do not guarantee specific health outcomes, the effectiveness of any prescribed treatment, or that our Services will meet your particular medical needs.
Physician Discretion
All medical decisions, including whether to prescribe medication, are made at the sole discretion of the treating physician. Physicians may decline to prescribe any medication or recommend alternative treatments based on their professional medical judgment.
Informed Consent
Before receiving telehealth services, you will be required to review and acknowledge our Informed Consent for Telehealth Services. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate health information during medical-intake questionnaires and consultations. Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment and could endanger your health.
Prescriptions and Medications
Compounded peptide preparations available through GetPepWell are prescription medications. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree:
- All medications require a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician following a telehealth consultation
- You will not attempt to obtain medications without a valid prescription or use medications prescribed for another person
- Medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies that are independent from GetPepWell
- You will follow the dosage, administration, and safety guidance provided directly by your treating physician
- You will promptly report any adverse reactions, side effects, or concerns to your treating physician
- Some medications may not be available in all states due to regulatory restrictions

Informal Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and GetPepWell, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@getpepwell.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The party initiating the dispute will provide a written notice describing the dispute and the requested relief. The parties will then have 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through the informal process above shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with the AAA's Healthcare Policy Statement, Healthcare Payor Provider Arbitration Rules, and the Consumer Due Process Protocol, as applicable. Where the dispute involves healthcare services, the AAA Healthcare Due Process Protocol governs in addition to the rules above.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, or by video conference at the arbitrator's direction, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@getpepwell.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The opt-out notice must include your name, account email, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Class Action Waiver
You and GetPepWell agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims of more than one person or to preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the Binding Arbitration section above shall be null and void with respect to any class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding, but the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm GetPepWell, our patients, or our physicians. Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Informal Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Governing Law, and Severability) shall survive.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetPepWell concerning the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
