States Available
Why state availability matters
Telemedicine in the United States is regulated by each state's medical board. A physician must hold an active license in the state where you are physically located at the time of your consultation. Likewise, the compounding pharmacy that fulfills your prescription must be authorized to dispense to your state. When both conditions are met, we list the state as available. When either is missing or has lapsed, the state appears under "Expanding Coverage" below.

States Where We Are Not Yet Operating
We are actively working to expand our physician network into these states. Join the waitlist on our eligibility checker to be notified when your state opens up.
State-specific product restrictions
Even in states where GetPepWell is available, certain products may have state-specific restrictions based on local pharmacy or telemedicine regulations. Product availability is confirmed during your physician consultation based on your state of residence. New York State, for example, requires electronic prescribing for all prescriptions under the I-STOP program.
